By installing and using LeakGuard (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides analytics and reporting tools for Stripe merchants, focusing on fees, refunds, and disputes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that the provided data (e.g., fee predictions) is 100% accurate for tax or legal purposes. The App is provided for informational purposes only.
The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
